Refund policy

This policy covers payments for SchoolRegistry Academy courses and Boarding Pass credits bought on this site. Prices are shown in Ghana cedis before you pay.

Change your mind within 7 days

If you ask within 7 days of your first payment and have not yet completed Week 1 of your course, we refund the full amount.

After that

We do not refund a period you have already used. If you pay in instalments, you can stop at any time and we will not take the next instalment. Your access runs to the end of the period you paid for.

If we cancel

If we cancel a course or cannot deliver what you paid for, we refund what you paid for the part you did not receive.

Payment mistakes

If you were charged twice or the wrong amount, we refund the extra in full.

Scholarships and credits

A free scholarship place has no fee to refund. If you hold a partial scholarship, these rules apply to the part you paid. Unused Boarding Pass credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Credits you have used cannot.

How to ask

Email hello@schoolregistry.ng with your name, the email you paid with and the payment reference. We reply within two working days. Approved refunds go back to the card or mobile money account you paid with, usually within 10 working days.

Please contact us before asking your bank or mobile money provider to reverse a payment. We can usually sort it out faster.
