Questions people ask
- When will I get an email?
- A week before each date you chose and again the day before. If a date is added to the calendar less than a week ahead, the first reminder comes as soon as it is added. If two dates fall close together, they come in one email.
- Where do the dates come from?
- From our education calendar, which takes each date from WAEC, the Ghana Education Service, the Ministry of Education or the university itself. Where only the press has reported a date, the email says so. A date nobody has announced is never sent.
- Can I change what I get reminded about?
- Yes. Sign up again with the same email address and new choices. Nothing changes until you click the link in the new confirmation email.
- How do I stop the alerts?
- Every alert has a link at the bottom that stops all alerts with one click.
- Can I get alerts on WhatsApp?
- Not yet. WhatsApp alerts will follow. Email is the only channel for now.
